Today we went strawberry picking with the Mom's group! My non-berry eating boy turned into a Strawberry Eating Monster!!! I have been trying to get Tim to eat a strawberry for a couple of weeks now. He would put a chunk in his mouth and then take it back out. So today while picking them, he kept wanting to hold one. So I would give him one (well two - one for each hand) and go on picking. A few minutes later they were gone! I figured he had dropped them. Then I caught him getting some out of the box I had just put some in! He ate quite a few of them today! Tim seemed to really enjoy the day. We went to Mayne's Tree Farm in Buckeystown MD. The strawberry field was a nice walk from the parking lot and they had red wagons you could use. Tim loved riding in it! Now to go find something to make with 2 1/2 pounds of strawberries!
