The Children's Museum in Pittsburgh part 5

Okay, we'll make these the last pictures from the Children's Museum. I'm happy I could share all this with you! Here are a few more things that Tim had fun doing at the Museum. Enjoy!

Tim loves to be a backseat driver and part of that is telling me when a traffic light is red or green. He is very good at knowing the difference and has a grunt/yell for each color. When we are driving around, he always points at the traffic lights! So Tim was very excited to see this huge traffic light. When he pushed the different buttons, the corresponding light would light up! Fun!!

Ahhhh, the train tables! This was the first thing you came too when you got off the elevator. Tim ran right up and started playing! He has been playing at the train tables at the library and AC moore so he know just what to do!

Here was a chalk board that the kids could paint with water on. When the water dried, they could start all over again!

The Museum had this nice table full of "sand". The sand was maybe birdseed? It was a lot like that! It flowed nicely through the sand toys and didn't make as much a mess.

So we had a great time at a great place! They even had books and resources for the parents to read. One neat thing they had for parents was a board that they posted a question on and then parents could write their answer or piece of advice on a post it and stick it to the board. It was fun to read other people's responses!
