South Mountain Creamery

Today we went to South Mountain Creamery. They were having a spring festival. They have both a spring and fall festival with food, games, animals and venders to shop from. We like to go and get a pulled pork sandwich and sweet potato fries. Yum! It is fun to walk around and see all the cows there. You can even visit the milking barn. They have a calf barn where you can go and see the baby calves, piglets and lambs. They also had a lot of new chickens. Tim was very excited to see them. He calls them ducks still! He kept motioning for us to open the pen they were in! He wanted to go in and pet them. Finally he settled on just sticking his finger through the chicken wire and touching one at his feet. Cute!

Tim really enjoyed chasing four chickens that were running around loose. He ran around chasing them for at least ten minutes! The creamery also had an antique tractor display. Tim enjoys sitting on the big tractors. Unfortuantely it started rain and was chilly so we went home to warm up. What a fun day!
